How to reach us
Email hello@roatanhondurastours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide, not a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to the operator through the site you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
If your tour was cancelled or you missed it
A refund or a new date is the operator's to give. Your confirmation email carries their contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Every tour listed here refunds in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start.
Two things cause most missed pickups: a ship that docks late or changes its day, and a guide waiting at a different gate. If you missed your pickup, give the operator the time, the gate and the clock you were using, ship time or island time.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. Meeting points move, fares change and beach clubs change their day passes, and the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.

The cruise lines and the ports
Your cruise line sets the docking and all-aboard times, and your ship's daily programme says which port you are at. Independent operators meet you outside the port gates.
